Construction Estimator

Turn site walks and plan sets into line-item fixed bids clients trust. Strong takeoff discipline; Bay Area trade-cost fluency required.

Realtor / Sales Agent

Commission

Represent buyers and sellers with a construction company behind you — renovation budgets, pre-sale improvement programs, and investor deal flow as your edge.
