Can we live in the house during the remodel?+
Usually, for single-room and phased projects — we contain dust, maintain a working bath and temporary kitchen, and sequence rooms. For down-to-studs whole-home remodels, moving out saves money and 4–8 weeks of schedule; we'll give you both numbers.
How long does a remodel take?+
Typical construction durations once permits issue: bathrooms 3–6 weeks, kitchens 6–10 weeks, whole-home remodels 3–6 months. Add 4–10 weeks upfront for design and permitting depending on city and structural scope.
What adds the most value to a Bay Area home?+
In order of consistency: kitchens, primary baths, open-concept living space, and added square footage (including ADUs). Our realtor side reviews your scope against neighborhood comps so you invest where your street pays you back.
Do you give fixed prices or estimates?+
Fixed prices. After design and selections, your contract states a locked number with named allowances. Change orders happen only when you change scope or genuinely unforeseeable conditions surface — priced in writing before work proceeds.
