Why use an agent connected to a contractor?+

Information advantage. Before you write an offer on a fixer, you know the real renovation cost — not a guess. Before you list, you know which $30K of work returns $100K in sale price. The agent's advice is backed by a builder's numbers.

Do I have to use BARC construction if you represent me?+

Never. Brokerage, construction, and lending are independent services — use one, two, or all three. Most clients combine them because it removes hand-offs, but there's no obligation.

Can you really renovate before I pay?+

For qualified listings, pre-sale improvement costs can be deferred and settled from escrow proceeds. We scope it, contract it clearly, and you approve everything before work starts.
